Part 1 E+W+SAmendments to do with new state pension system

Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14) E+W+S

33 E+W+SIn section 8 (decisions by Secretary of State)—

(a) in subsection (3), after paragraph (aa) insert—

“(ab) state pension or a lump sum under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”;

(b) in subsection (4), for “or Part 4 of that Act” substitute “ , Part 4 of that Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014 ”.
