Category C retirement pensions: repeal of spent provisions E+W+S

80 (1) Section 78 (Category C retirement pensions etc) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) Omit subsections (1), (2) and (5).

(3) In subsections (7) and (8), omit “Category C or”.
