82E+W+SIn section 150A of the Administration Act (annual up-rating), in subsection (10), in the definition of “the specified amounts in the case of Category B, C or D retirement pensions”—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit the final “and”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “amounts specified in paragraphs 6 and 7” substitute “ amount specified in paragraph 7 ”;
(c)at the end of paragraph (b) insert “, and
(c)any amount specified in regulations under section 78(9) of the Contributions and Benefits Act for a Category C retirement pension;”.
