In section 150(2) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (Christmas bonus: interpretation), for the definition of “retirement pension” substitute—

“retirement pension” means—

a

a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014,

b

a retirement pension under this Act, or

c

graduated retirement benefit.
