Part 2 E+W+S Amendments to do with old state pension system

Christmas bonus E+W+S

86 E+W+S In section 150(2) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (Christmas bonus: interpretation), for the definition of “retirement pension” substitute—

““retirement pension” means—

(a) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014,

(b) a retirement pension under this Act, or

(c) graduated retirement benefit.”
