Part 1 E+W+S Pension Schemes Act 1993: amendments

20 E+W+S In section 24A—

(a) the existing text becomes subsection (1), and

(b) after that subsection insert—

“(2) The Secretary of State must give such guidance (if any) as he or she thinks appropriate about GMP conversion.”
