56 E+W+S In section 150 (annual up-rating of benefits), in subsection (10A), for “the abolition date, as defined by section 181(1) of the Pensions Act,” substitute “ 6 April 2012 (the date appointed for the commencement of section 15(1) of the Pensions Act 2007) ”.
