Schedule 4 (abolition of contracting-out for defined contribution pension schemes) is amended as follows.

In paragraphs 61, 62(1), (2)(a) and (b)(i) and (3), 65 and 66(2) for “the abolition date” (in each place) substitute “ 6 April 2012 ”.

In paragraph 67(1) omit the definition of “the abolition date”.
