SCHEDULE 7 E+W+S Reduced rate elections: basic amount of state pension under section 12

1 E+W+S This Schedule—

(a) sets out the circumstances in which a woman is entitled to a basic amount for the purpose of section 12, and

(b) determines that basic amount.
