28In section 123(8) (unauthorised disclosure of information relating to particular persons: “persons employed in audit” etc)—
(a)after paragraph (jza) insert—
“(jzb)a local auditor within the meaning of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014;”, and
(b)omit paragraph (ja).
