14(1)The SSRO may do anything which is calculated to facilitate the carrying out of its functions or which is incidental to or conducive to the carrying out of those functions; but this is subject to sub-paragraph (2).U.K.
(2)The SSRO may not borrow money, other than temporarily by way of overdraft up to a limit approved by the Secretary of State.
