In section 17I (modifications of water supply licences by agreement) (as amended by Schedule 7)—
a
in subsection (4)(b)(iv), the words from the beginning to “supply licence,” are repealed;
b
in subsection (5A), the words “in relation to a water supply licence” are repealed.
