25E+WIn section 27C (the interests of consumers) (as amended by Schedule 7)—
(a)in subsection (1)—
(i)after paragraph (d) there is inserted “and”;
(ii)paragraph (f) and the “and” preceding it are repealed;
(b)subsection (2) is repealed.
