Section 27K (sections 27H to 27J: supplementary) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “or a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ , a water supply licensee or a sewerage licensee ”.

In subsection (5), for “and a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ , a water supply licensee and a sewerage licensee ”.
