SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Enforcement powers

General power to use reasonable force U.K.

5 U.K. In section 146(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (power of immigration officer to use reasonable force when exercising powers under certain enactments) for “the 1971 Act or this Act” substitute “ the Immigration Acts ”.
