29U.K.In section 52 (proof of certain matters not necessary to validity of civil partnership), in subsection (1)—
(a)omit the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a);
(b)at the end of paragraph (aa) insert “or
(ab)that, in the case of a civil partnership to which Schedule 3A applied, any of the events listed in paragraph 2(2) to (6) of that Schedule occurred.”.
