17U.K.In section 78 (interpretation of the 1949 Act), in subsection (1), after the definition of “registration district” insert—
““relevant national” means—
(a)a British citizen,
(b)a national of an EEA State other than the United Kingdom, or
(c)a national of Switzerland;”.
