13In section 62 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (detention by Secretary of State), in subsection (3), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)a reference in paragraph 18B of that Schedule to an immigration officer shall be read as a reference to the Secretary of State,”.
