43 In section 97A (national security: deportation)—

(a) in subsection (2B), for the words from “breach” to the end substitute “be unlawful under section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (public authority not to act contrary to Human Rights Convention)”;

(b) omit subsections (2D), (2E) and (3).
