64In Schedule 3 to the Road Safety Act 2006 (endorsement: all drivers), in paragraph 9—
(a)after sub-paragraph (3) insert—
“(3A)In subsection (3ZA), omit “and its counterpart”.”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (6A)(b), at the end insert “in both places”.
