Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005/161) U.K.

5 U.K. In regulation 2(1) of the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005/161), for the definition of “ethics committee” substitute—

““ethics committee” means a group of persons which assesses the ethics of research involving individuals and which is recognised for that purpose by or on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety;”.
