50 (1) Section 5 (which contains references to contact activity directions) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2A)—

(a) for “a contact” substitute “ an ”, and

(b) for “the contact” substitute “ the ”.

(3) In subsection (3B) for “a contact” substitute “ an ”.
