52For section 3(4)(c) of the Child Support Act 1991 (persons with residence orders in their favour may not be prescribed as persons who are not “persons with care”) substitute—
“(c)persons named, in a child arrangements order under section 8 of the Children Act 1989, as persons with whom a child is to live;”.
