PART 1 E+W Amendments to the Education Act 1996

53 E+W In section 532B (direct payments: pilot schemes), in subsection (9) for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) section 42(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014 (duty to secure special educational provision in accordance with EHC plan);”.
