60 (1) Section 93 (notices) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) section 57A(2) and (4);

(ab) section 61C(1);”, and

(b) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) section 65A(1) and (3);”.

(3) In subsection (2)(a) for “him” substitute “ the person ”.

(4) In subsection (4)—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “his” substitute “ a ”, and

(b) in paragraph (b) omit “by him”.
