12(1)Section 171ZA (entitlement to ordinary statutory paternity pay: birth) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (1), for ““ordinary statutory paternity pay”” there is substituted ““statutory paternity pay””.
(3)In subsection (4), the word “ordinary” is repealed.
