13 (1) Section 171ZB (entitlement to ordinary statutory paternity pay: adoption) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1), for “ “ordinary statutory paternity pay”” there is substituted “ “statutory paternity pay” ”.

(3) In subsection (4), the word “ordinary” is repealed.

(4) In subsection (6), the word “ordinary” is repealed.
