Section 171ZD (liability to pay ordinary statutory paternity pay) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), the word “ordinary” is repealed.

In subsection (2)—
a
the word “ordinary”, in both places it occurs, is repealed;
b
the words “or additional statutory paternity pay (or both)” are repealed.
