SCHEDULE 7 E+W Statutory rights to leave and pay: further amendments

Employment Act 2002 (c. 22) E+W

57 (1) Section 14 (supply of information held by the Secretary of State) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay or” there is substituted “ statutory paternity pay, ”;

(b) after “statutory adoption pay” there is inserted “ or statutory shared parental pay ”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay or” there is substituted “ statutory paternity pay, ”;

(b) after “statutory adoption pay” there is inserted “ or statutory shared parental pay ”.
