8E+WIn section 4 (payments treated as remuneration and earnings), in subsection (1)(a)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (iii), the word “ordinary” is repealed;
(b)sub-paragraph (iv) (additional statutory paternity pay) and the “or” following it are repealed;
(c)for the “and” following sub-paragraph (v) there is substituted “or
(vi)statutory shared parental pay; and”.
