In section 4C (power to make provision in consequence of provision made by or by virtue of section 4B etc), in subsection (11), in the definition of “statutory payment”, in paragraph (a)—

I2a

for “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay or” there is substituted “ statutory paternity pay, ”;

I1b

after “statutory adoption pay” there is inserted “ or statutory shared parental pay ”.
