An officer of an enforcer may—
a
make a purchase of a product, or
b
enter into an agreement to secure the provision of a product.

For the purposes of exercising the power in sub-paragraph (1), an officer may—
a
at any reasonable time, enter premises to which the public has access (whether or not the public has access at that time), and
b
inspect any product on the premises which the public may inspect.
3
The power of entry in sub-paragraph (2) may be exercised without first giving notice or obtaining a warrant.
