Sections 1 to 3, and the Schedule, come into force on such day or days as the Secretary of State may by regulations made by statutory instrument appoint.

Regulations under subsection (1) may appoint different days for different purposes.

The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on the day on which this Act is passed.
