PART 1 E+W Contracting out provision and running of secure colleges

Officers who perform custodial duties E+W

7 E+W Every officer of a contracted-out secure college who performs custodial duties at the college must be—

(a) a secure college custody officer, or

(b) an officer of a directly managed secure college who is temporarily attached to the contracted-out secure college.
