10 U.K. In paragraph 13(2) of Schedule 4A to the Water Industry Act 1991 (premises not to be disconnected for non-payment of a charge)—

(a) in paragraph (b), omit the words from “within” to “, or”, and

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(ba) a secure college, or”.
