In section 39(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (circumstances in which a judge of the Supreme Court or a senior territorial judge becomes a member of the supplementary panel), after “
while he holds such office
”
insert “
or within 2 years of ceasing to hold such office
”
.
