Schedule 6 makes provision about the following matters—
(a)deeds of arrangement;
(b)administration and winding up of companies;
(c)disqualification of unfit directors of insolvent companies;
(d)bankruptcy;
(e)insolvency practitioners;
(f)liabilities of administrators etc and preferential debts;
(g)appointment of proxies under company law.
