43E+W+SIn section 13 (general responsibility for education), in subsection (2)(a), for “the Chief Executive of Skills Funding” substitute “ the Secretary of State under Part 4 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 ”.
44E+W+SIn section 15ZA (duty in respect of education and training for persons over compulsory school age: England), in subsection (5), for “the Chief Executive of Skills Funding” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”.
