8E+W+SIn Schedule 3 (the Council for Licensed Conveyancers: supplementary provisions), in paragraph 2 (constitution of the Council), in sub-paragraph (1)(a)—
(a)omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);
(b)after sub-paragraph (i) insert—
“(ia)licensed CLC practitioners; or”.
