In section 730 (notification of cancellation of treasury shares), in subsection (5)—
(a)
after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)
the aggregate amount (if any) unpaid on those shares (whether on account of their nominal value or by way of premium), and”, and
(b)
omit paragraph (d) (and the “and” immediately before it).
