15(1)A permitted participant may, in relation to any voting area, appoint an individual (who may be the responsible person) to be the permitted participant's referendum agent for that area.U.K.
(2)Regulations under section 4 may—
(a)confer functions on a referendum agent appointed under this paragraph;
(b)make further provision (additional to the provision in paragraphs 16 and 17) in connection with referendum agents.
