Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 116 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 07 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
116(1)Section 26 (interpretation) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)After subsection (1) insert—
“(1A)In this Part, “strategic highways company” means a company for the time being appointed under Part 1 of the Infrastructure Act 2015.”
(3)In subsection (3)—
(a)in the first column of the table, at the appropriate place insert “ strategic highways company ”;
(b)in the second column opposite that entry insert “ section 26(1) ”.
