SCHEDULE 1 E+W Strategic highways companies: consequential and supplemental amendments

PART 1 E+W Highways Act 1980

16 (1) Section 23 (compensation in respect of certain works executed in pursuance of orders under section 14 or 18) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) After the first “Minister,” insert “ a strategic highways company, ”.

(3) After the second “Minister,” insert “ the strategic highways company, ”.
