SCHEDULE 1 E+W Strategic highways companies: consequential and supplemental amendments

PART 1 E+W Highways Act 1980

3 E+W In section 2 (highway authority for road which ceases to be a trunk road), in subsection (2)—

(a) after the first “Minister” insert “ or by a strategic highways company ”;

(b) after the second “Minister” insert “ or the company ”.
