74 (1) Section 9 (experimental traffic orders) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) after “Secretary of State” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;

(b) after “he” insert “ or it ”.

(3) In subsection (2A)—

(a) after “Secretary of State” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;

(b) after “his” insert “ or its ”.
