Section 142X (interpretation of provisions about ring-fencing) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “money purchase scheme” substitute “scheme under which all the benefits that may be provided are money purchase benefits”.

In subsection (4), for “Money purchase scheme” substitute “Money purchase benefits”.
