SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Serious Crime Act 2007: Scotland

11 U.K. In section 10 (notice requirements in relation to orders), in subsection (4)—

(a) omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(aa) in relation to a serious crime prevention order in Scotland, the Lord Advocate;”.
