SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Serious Crime Act 2007: Scotland

15 (1) Section 18 (discharge of orders) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(aa) the appropriate court in Scotland may discharge a serious crime prevention order in Scotland;”.

(3) In each of subsections (5)(a) and (6)(a), after “High Court” insert “ , the appropriate court ”.
