SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Serious Crime Act 2007: Scotland

19 (1) Section 27 (powers to wind up companies etc: England and Wales and Scotland) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In the heading omit the words “and Scotland”.

(3) In subsection (12) omit the words “or Scotland”—

(a) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “company”;

(b) in the definition of “the court”.
