Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29)

36 In section 99 of that Act (postponement), after paragraph (c) of subsection (11) insert—

“(d) made a restitution order;

(e) ordered the accused under section 253F(2) of the Procedure Act to pay a victim surcharge.”
